I'm back in the world after being on a literal mountain where I was meditating for a couple of weeks. And what a world... Yeesh!
Today I want to talk about doing SOMETHING when you're overwhelmed by the ALL and the NOTHING. The all or nothing of your home, your life or the state of the world. Because there's a lot of ALL in the world right now and it's easy to feel totally overwhelmed and frozen in the face of the crazy.
(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)
