Stop Trying To "Figure It Out" - F Clutter Wednesdays (sort of)

Have you ever tried to worry your way through a problem or figure it out? I have spent hours, days, probably years of my life trying to "figure it out" before making a move and have found that as a perfectionist it's very easy to get stuck in the worry or the figuring it out phase of an issue.

I don't know about you but I don't find it to be the most effective way to move forward, grow, expand and, you know, live my life.

A session with a client this week has me thinking about this a lot so today we have a not exactly F clutter video, more an F worry video. ;) Let me know what you think.

(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)

Are you a worrier or a figure it outer? What happens if you move before you've figured it all out? I'd love to hear so comment below.

Sending you lots of love and movement sweet one.

Love,
Cecilia

p.s. If you're reading this and you're not on my list, what are you waiting for?

Shake It Up! - F Clutter Wednesdays

It's really easy to just keep doing the same thing every day. Eating the same food, walking the same way to work, having the same conversations etc...

My invitation to you this week is to SHAKE IT UP! This doesn't mean that you need to make radical changes to your life or your routine but that you add something novel or unexpected into your regularly scheduled programming.

Because life can be like that, totally predictable. Even if you live a life like me that doesn't involve a 9 - 5 job or too much structure or routine. It's easy for me to get stuck in eating the same thing for breakfast every day for example. Let's face it, as human beings we like routine but it's also easy to fall asleep when everything is the same.

(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)

What can you do to SHAKE UP your routine? Comment below to share.

I'm going to shake it up right now by actually leaving my house after 8:30pm. I'd love to hear what you do!

Love,
Cecilia
